John Lindeman has well over fifteen years’ experience researching the nature and dynamics of the housing market that effectively predicts specific suburb growth and rental cycles throughout the different stages of the Australian Property Cycle. His extensive property knowledge is complemented by around 40 years' experience as a successful property investor himself. This valuable information enables our Team to make quicker and more accurate decisions about where to buy, what to buy and when to buy it. Timing the market is now becoming as important as time in the market!
